Oldster or elders are pillars of the family on which family stands make progress in Life. They support every family member for their whole life without any hesitation. They take care of grandchildren heartily play with them like a child. Elders do all the sacrifice for family sometimes ignoring their health and well-being. 

Sometimes they didn’t get what they needs in their last year from family members. On that days they also need love, care, compassion, company.  They also have the basic right to have good health, happy life. 

We all being their children’s needs to give them some comfort, happiness, allow them to care for themselves. 

Here is a Yoga program designed for elders, considering all their health problems, age. This yoga program will certainly help them to keep good health, happy, to increase their years of life. 

This “Yoga for Oldster” program includes only those Asanas, pranayama, preparatory movements, meditation which is easy to do for every elder people.
