But other people don’t know what kind of sacrifice office employees have to do for their own and family happiness. Sometimes they do all this sacrifice with comprising their health for the shake of their family members’ happiness.

According to a survey done by us says that

1. 66.7 % of office employees say that they have an unfavorable impact on their health is due to office workload.

2. Again 66.7% of office employees say that their sleep is disturbed due to office-related thoughts.

3. 84.4 % of Office employees face moderate to high stress in the office during work time.

Is the yoga program specially designed for office employees considering all their needs. This Program is designed on basis of a survey done by us where questions were asked about the situation they are going through, what health issues they are suffering from, what other social issues they have, and many more. This program will give freedom to do Yoga, pranayama, meditation at whatever time officers can spend. Minimum 15 minutes to 60min. This program will protect you from occupational health hazards, and many more lifestyle diseases. The program will help to keep your energy level high, this will make you more strong to face all stressful situations. The program will help to be more cheerful, happy and also will help to improve interpersonal relationships in the family, society as well.
